Practice: Performing Basic Calculations

  1. In the Title Bar, click the drop-down arrow, then New.

    This will create a new workbook.
  3. Enter the following data:

  5. In cell D5, calculate the total payments made for both cars.
  6. In cell E4, calculate the difference in price between the two cars.
  7. In cell E5, calculate the difference between the number of payments.
  8. In cell B7, calculate the finance charge for the Cooper Mini.

    TIP: Multiply its price by the interest rate.
